Our Concept: Accessible Excellence
To guarantee high-quality homes that are accessible to all, we have optimized the production chain by relying on an innovative model:
- European Partnership: We work with partner factories in Eastern Europe, renowned for their expertise in timber construction.
- Controlled Prefabrication: The homes are prefabricated in workshops under controlled conditions, then imported and assembled in accordance with French standards (DTU, RE2020, ten-year guarantees, etc.).
This model allows us to significantly reduce construction costs, ensure consistent quality, control our carbon footprint, and optimize construction times.
